I went to this Director hoping he would be able to assist me. Unfortunately, he did not. He took a biopsy and told me he didn’t know what it was and couldn’t do anything. And that was it. No follow up, nothing else. He didn’t have an urgency, he didn’t ask questions, he didn’t seem to really give a s@&t. Until he said, “by the way I see you made an appointment in the year 2006 and never came in, why?
