This company is the worst Air Conditioning service company I've ever dealt with. The try to sell you parts for your ac that are needed and even cheat on their evaluation of your system. BUYERS BEWARE.

Mr. **** is an existing customer of LPAC. On 10/2/20 we were contacted for a Service Call due to a situation where the unit was not cooling properly. A $99.00 Trip/Diagnostic charge was quoted to the customer. Our technician arrived and found the compressor running when prompted for "cooling" but not the outdoor fan motor. The motor was not hot and was not attempting to run. After troubleshooting the motor with various actions, the motor still would not run. The motor is under a manufacturer PARTS warranty. LPAC installed ac unit in2012, wanted to support local business. Called on Wed AC in rental unit not working. Rick, service mgr., came and said evaporator coil needed cleaned, could possibly get to that afternoon or following day for sure. Said it would take a few hours. Tenant stayed home all day, no call, no show. Called LPAC , no record of work order. Scheduled for following day,Fri.
