I purchased 60.00 for 4 upgrades December 28 2017 and went in tonight January 29th to use one, I was informed they expired they was only good for 30 days when I made the purchase no one told me they expired. These people need to inform their clients of the expression dates on these packages. Then I purchased more tonight and used a signature bed only to have half the bulbs not working and nothing was done about a refund on this as well... Wow going on vacation. Bought 45.00 in product. The machine broke. Never got a tan and they won't give money back! I suggest you find some other place to tan! Really your stuff is broke and you won't refund my money. Poorest customer service in town!

When I purchased a membership here for $100/ month because I wanted to use the "best" bed, I made a huge mistake by not confirming that they could actually deliver the service I was purchasing by taking appointments. Five of the six times I've tried to use the "best" bed, there has been a twenty minute wait. Of course, the store manager has no actual responsibility as far as customer service, so she is contacting corporate on my behalf to see about the possibility of getting me a refund.
