My windows required re-tinting due to the presence of bubbles and wrinkling after the initial application at this business. Unfortunately, my interactions with Larry were marked by unprofessionalism. Additionally, upon re-tinting my window, a scratch appeared on my infotainment system that was not present when I dropped off my vehicle (I have photographic records).
