I moved here From Louisiana nearly four years ago. I have been with State Farm for over 30 plus years and finding this gem of an agent and staff made our transition wonderful.
I called for insurance on the 7th of January. The lady took my information and said an agent would return my call. No one ever did. His loss. I ended up with Direct and got full coverage. How rude and unprofessional is that?
Too expensive and not very helpful. If they owe u money when cancelling with them they think that money there's u will never c the money. Worst place to have insurance, the longer u r with them the worst they treat u and go up on your premium. As often as they can.
