I wish there was a way to give them negative stars. I stayed in one of their properties for one year. A month before I left, it had been raining for weeks. It finally was dry for a few days and I received a notice that if I didn't mow my lawn they would charge me a fee to do it. I asked them what the fee was. From my perspective if it was reasonable it might be worth it. They said "We don't know. We can charge you whatever we want. Because I didn't have two years of employment on the front of the application it wasn't complete. There isn't any room on the front of the application for that much information. There is nothing that says, if need addiction pages will be provided. So the lady in the front office her name is Stephen Whippo take an another couple's application and there where in the office at the same time as me. I agree with Jen S...this company is a nightmare to work with. I just responded to one of their ads and reached a receptionist that was like a brillo pad! Their ad didn't state which city the property was located in, and when I suggested to add that information to the ad, she got snippy and hung up on me. With just THAT experience, and now reading Jen's review, I wouldn't trust MY roof to a company that treats its potential customers so contemptuously. Trying to secure a rental through this company is a nightmare! They only accept one application at a time. This means even if you were the second person to view the rental, you just have to keep calling back to find out whether the previous applicant made it through their application process to see whether you can submit an application (& since it's a rather stringent application, it's reasonable to expect a previous applicant to get rejected).
