There is, unfortunately, no accountability or a path to reach senior management with a grievance. I paid ahead for a series of training sessions with a specified trainer who left the gym and I was not credited the unredeemed sessions after multiple requests. Only one gym manager is on location (sometimes)with whom to communicate and no system to escalate to senior management. Overall the gym is fine and the people who work there are great. Angela's cardio barre sculpt is one of the best classes I've ever taken. Her cues are perfect and she is always prepared. Her music and sweet personality are really motivating. I can always count on getting a great workout with a pro in her class.
I love taking the classes! Adora and Deuce are AMAZING! They keep it fresh and FUN and always offer success options!
I loooooooove this gym. IMO this is the best gym ever. I can afford to go to any gym I wish, but My top choice is Larry North. I was a member in Equinox for a short while. but when I found Larry north, I was blessed ....... I tried it a few days and switched immediately. if you looking for a gym, research and find the one suits you best, attend a few times and if you didnt like it move on, Stop writing bad reviews because a gym is not what you are looking for, this will ruin businesses and our economy.
