The staff made my unfortunant situation eaiser to deal with--the paper work is started and all I have to do is drop my car off and they will take it from there. "Pre--shate!!!"
Replaced a front bumper. Looks like they spray painted the color on. Paint fell off in three weeks. Looks terrible. Never will go back.
