It took a couple of tries to make contact but once I got in touch with Frank, he connected me with Jacob who came within the hour to assess the situation since it was on the way. I can tell from a conversation with Jacob that he has a lot of knowledge in the roofing trade and they gave me the best price for a foolproof method to avoid future damage to the plumbing vent pipe as a result of squirrels that like to chew off the lead. My husband I had our roof done by this company in 2023. In October 2024 we experienced a few areas of leaking and asked them to come take a look at that time. It is now May 2025 and we have not had the issue fully resolved. We have been very patient and limited our contact as to not be pesty, but at 7 months and so many run around we are fed up. We have been told several times they were coming the next day and have moved our schedules around to accommodate them, but they do not show. I even had an employee ask ME to text him... read more
