I’m normally not the type of person to leave negative reviews, but I’m truly appalled at how awful the experience I just had with “Dr.” Larry Langford was. I’m putting doctor in quotation marks because I’m shocked he actually went to school and studied psychology. He was condescending, rude, and instead of asking me questions and trying to understand my addiction he made assumptions. I love this BRILLIANT Dr./man. He continues to help me beyond measure. My only issue is that I want to talk to him 7 days a week.

Find someone else, you have been warned. He is argumentative, rude and cold. He will only accept his point as the truth and anything you say is wrong. I believe he needs to seek therapy himself. I hung in there for months, he has schedule me twice for appointments when i clearly informed him ahead of time, i couldn’t attend. When you get the confirmation via email and try to cancel, you will get charged $50. After leaving him, I realized, I get more insight by talking to the wall.

I would leave zero stars if I could… Went for couples counseling sessions. During the first session, first 5 minutes, Dr said “it sounds like your marriage is over and that I couldn’t change” He repeated these statements over and over during our sessions. We felt as though he was anti marriage. Our marriage had hope until the last session. My husband told me in private we weren’t going to counseling for a divorce. He also said to the Dr he needs time to make a decision if he wants a divorce. Dr L has created such a mess for ... read more
