As a valued customer for over 15 years, my overall experience with the State Farm team in Dacula has been fantastic! Every agent in the office has assisted me in some way and every time we speak (yes they answer your calls!), their expertise and customer service is outstanding. Been with them for a long time, issue was the customer service from one of the Ladies that works there. One of them is super nice but the other has always had a bad attitude constantly. I'm not the only one who says this either. Every one of my family member who had dealing with them always say they had bad customer service attitude whenever dealing with this particular person. I left this company a while ago and only have bitter thoughts whenever I think back
We have been with Larry for over twenty years. He has always been there for us when we needed his help. Sometimes transitioning through a claim can be a cumbersome and frustrating task. We recently (several months ago) had hail damage on our home. The claim was slow and we encountered communication issues with the claims department. We called Larry and he was able to clear up the issue and place our claim back onto the right track. We couldn't be any more pleased with him and his remarkable help.
Larry was very knowledgeable about all our life insurance questions. I recommend him for your insurance needs.
