Alan and Larry are the best! They are very professional and detail oriented. Very easy to work with. Our home was under contract the day it went on the market!! I highly recommend them.
Larry King Realty did a great job for us. They had a very thorough process for determining the market price, using comps from the neighborhood, surrounding properties and comparable homes. They determined a great price and the house sold for the asking price in one day. We were happy we got the price we wanted. Alan was great help in continuous contact with us through the process to closing. Very responsive.
Alan King went above and beyond to make our home buying experience a great one. He was with us every step of the way and made sure everything was as easy for us as possible. If your looking for a great person who is friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and willing to do more than expected to help you find/sell your home, you should go with Larry King Realty.
If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Alan and Larry were clear, upfront, and eager from the first meeting. I had a very short timeline for selling my home and they did everything to make the process as quick as possible with the best results. I couldn't be happier with the outcome! The communication was amazing throughout the process. I have been through multiple house purchases and sales and I would highly recommend them. Thank you so much! Ami
The most phenomenal team of realtors one could ever ask for. Any questions I had (Which were far too many), they helped me understand. They handled everything I needed, found us buyers non-stop, under contract extremely quick and sold. As far as a team that checks every box, this one is the gold standard. I cannot provide adequate praise for the assistance and due diligence Alan and Larry performed. Thanks again, King Team! - Pete
