Larry is one of the best realtors in Arkansas and was the president of a local board of realtors at one time. I've worked with Larry many times over the years and have found him to be extremely professional and a darn good person. As a property manager Larry is obligated by contract to protect his property owners. When the property is damaged by renters or property is stolen, deposit money has to be used to restore the property. Do not ever rent from Larry Kelly and associates realty! (Bentonville area) This is the worst company I have ever rented from. They are rude, unorganized and impossible to work with. Please tell your friends. It's a long story, but they basically told me I broke my contract even though I gave them proper notice. They kept my $1500 deposit And said I owed them over $500 for maintenance. They called me months after I had moved out and accused me of stealing pool equipment.... The list goes on.
