Horrible experience with this dealership. Went on a Saturday morning, was instantly turned off by all of the deceptive sales tactics: from the sales person calling me for two weeks swearing I was approved, to getting there and them trying to get me to put down more money then I had already confirmed, as well as trade in my vehicle. Absolutely hands down the worst dealership that I have ever worked with. Please do not buy a car from them, they lied about the warranties and what was refundable, they didn't have the cars ready on time, they didn't have the paperwork ready when it was supposed to be. I bought a warranty and they never placed it with the company. Stay away. there are much better dealerships out there. they forgot to add the tint package I bought. just a mess from beginning to end.
In 2019, I bought an Outlander from Cerritos Mitsubishi. I've always serviced it at a dealer closer to my house but now after so many dealer closings, Cerritos became the closest. I live in the Inland Empire. After receiving a promotional oil change discount and needing a diagnosis on an issue with ALL my warning lights flashing at once, I scheduled an appointment. I have a 2023 Outlander and drive about 3,000 per month (Freeway miles.) Anyway, I was told by my local mechanic that the car was ready for its transmission & diff fluid change. However, the tool to open them is proprietary. I must go through a dealership to get it done. That's a 4 hour round trip drive. But I had to make it. That fluid change cost me $547. My mechanic told me he would have done it for $110 IF Mitsubishi didn't use the proprietary tools. You should be ready for this if you plan to buy. That gets expen... read more

Purchased a Jeep Wrangler a little over a week ago staff was friendly and helpful. My issues began right away when the showed me the vehicle it was filthy dirty with interior trim pieces broken off and, on the floorboard, including the passenger sun visor. The tires were 2021 DOT but completely dry rotted which I brought all of these issues to everyone's attention. This Jeep was the furthest thing away from being front line ready that you can get. My sales perso Ian Eichelman did not even attempt to help me. I’ve called sales managers and left messages for general manager who answered my google review saying he’d like to talk to me😂😂😂😂 BUT has never called me back, what a joke! Worst company I have EVER dealt with!!! Sold me a car with flat pair on passenger side door, car fax was clear yes but had I noticed it before I signed in dotted line I wouldn’t have bought the vehicle.
