I knew what I wanted (checked online) and on September 15th, I went to the dealership and I bought it. The paper process was easy, as well and most important was my Car Buying Coach, Mike Corum. What a delightful guy and he bent over backwards to help me close the sale. We just clicked and laughed a lot and he answered all my questions the next day when I couldn't raise the cargo door and a couple of smaller matters the next day. This is my SECOND purchase at Larry Jay and would recommended them above all others! Kathy
They are the worst. They use bait cars to get you to their lot with no intentions of actually helping. In house financing....Lies!!! They have other cars but will only try to get you approved for a Mitsubishi. If you don't want a Mitsubishi don't go here. Pushy salesman that want you to take any car they give you as if they are going to make the payments. Very unprofessional !!
