This place suckkksssss!!!! You can’t get a straight answer from them, you call they put you on hold and then someone’s else picks up and you have to explain why you called again. I asked them to email me my prescription multiple times and they said they would and to this day I haven’t got it. They’re super unorganized, I didn’t even get a call to let me know my glasses were ready or that one of my glasses order wasn’t able to get fulfilled. Stay away take your business elsewhere!

Their "great 5 star reviews" has to have been bought. I don't know how this company operates, but they're disorganized and a scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. They are quick to collect your money, but do not deliver like they promised. They said 5-10 business days and I am on 13th business day and NO ONE in the office can get me a meaningful status on my order. 5 stars my daughter glasses broke and she needed Glasses asap a called a bunch of places and no one did same day everyone was two week or more but Jason and his people got me in same day with amazing price thank you guys
