I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly 8 years and had all my policies here — business, auto, and home insurance. Unfortunately, the service has been extremely disappointing. Whenever I needed help with documents or support, nothing was done. Communication was poor and I felt completely ignored. Because of this, I have now moved all of my policies elsewhere. I would not recommend this agent to anyone looking for reliable service.”

Never can get a hold of an anyone you always need to leave a message and they take hours to call back if not days . My husband called on Thursday and needed assistance left a message and here we are five days later and still no one has called him back .

I’ve had my cars insured with state farm for over 10 years now. We’ve recently switched over our home’s insurance and saved close to $600. My husband and I have always talked about getting life insurance but other companies made it either too expensive or left us with more questions than answers by the end of the consult.
