Sat on hold for 30minutes the first time, hung up on twice after that and had to keep calling back. Was told car was done (blower motor replaced), picked up car got 10 minutes out noticed a new problem of no heat on passenger side vents. Tech must have just tested the blower motor quickly and nothing else.. Also noticed the tech had left a mess on the passenger side floor, but they did wash the outside of the car....
HORRIBLE SERVICE
Fantastic parts department and service department! It is difficult to find a service department as ethical and transparent as the crew at Larry Miller Volkswagen in Lakewood, Colorado. From Willie in parts to Sal and Christian in service, I have always been treated fairly and the service has been top-notch!
