I purchased a used 2016 RAV4 with features I was looking for. The salesman Phillip was knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles , showed me options, and was comfortable to work with. The dealership is open, well organized, and newly renovated. The negotiations took a long time but eventually worked out reasonably well. The vehicle I choose was listed for $28.5 K on the windshield but when negotiations began they asked $30K . For a three year old deprecated vehicle I thought this was high by $6-7K .
