Richardo is the most unprofessional service advisor I ever came across. I had schedule appt for 4:30pm, why was my car worked on after the business hrs are closed at 6pm? Make no sense and when I try asking for status he went off on me stating I was yelling at him while the porter was closing the entrance of service dept. Cam doesnt lie. Luckly the service manager was there Charlie Q. was there and handle it the professional way. Please be aware of Richardo.
The oil change was listed as $89.95 on dealers web site, when I made the appointment online. However when I arrived, I was told its $105! I will not be going back to this dealer.
