To long of a wait time, got there at 9:30am for 10am appointment, spent 4hrs waiting! Not acceptable!!
Very pleased with the service by Trudy. She had excellent communication with me for my vehicle and was able to time when to pick it up in a timely fashion. She also gave me options on what I needed to have done on my car with insight how necessary it was at the time. Would come here again! Thank you.
Deceptive ads and pricing on their website. First I kept getting annoyed by the free gift card if you test drive. I finally just clicked on it and when I got to the dealer they magically just ran out. There were about 3 customers there. Second. They add a bunch of useless accessories that are somewhat permanent and overpriced. I dont want the paint protection film that turns yellow overtime or some off brand GPS tracker.
