It's a bait and switch shop in service. They run ads for a $49 or $54 synthetic oil change and then charge you for every quart of oil they put in even though the ad says the oil is included. Then they nickel and dime you with every random spray of brake cleaner they can charge you for and it's $90 instead of the advertised price. They'll send you the mid-service quote and it will be $50 more expensive at invoice than the quote you signed for. Terrible communication, left me stranded without a vehicle for a day. Excuse the dealership gave was that the employee must have went home sick. Update: I have given them another shot, still terrible.
Nick was so helpful and tried to expedite our sale as much as he could. I really appreciate the time he took with us trying to decide between two vehicles.
Dealership folks were all nice & seem to care in making me feel comfortable thru the purchasing process. Antonio did everything to help me & even Picked me up at airport since I was a buyer flying in from another state. I was surprised by a small increased tax oversight, but management readjusted for me to hold to original price & agreement. I love the water mug they gave me & it worked great for my long ride home to Arizona. Thank you staff for doing it right !!!
I took my ford F-150 in for service to get factory recalls addressed and to fix a misfire in my engine. They did the factory recall items with no trouble, but didn’t fix the misfire issue. I told them I had already replaced the spark plugs. In the end they replaced a spark plug I already had and the misfire is still happening. And they overcharge.
