CJ (sales rep) did a good job and was very personable, timely and delivered on what was promised. The floor manager (the closer), could use a bit of finesse. “We don’t negotiate on price” is not a sales tactic. They knew I was going to buy the truck, but even entertaining the idea of wiggling on the price would have provided a better customer experience.
