Was very disappointed
Meh. Third time here and the oil changes take forever. I’ve taken my truck and previous cars to different dealerships in CO and I just never experienced the type of delay and elongated time it takes for everything at this location. I also came in once because my windshield wiper blade was loose and I needed the type of socket wrench (or whatever it’s called to tighten it) and they charged me over $100 to tighten it. Not coming back.
They confused my truck with another that was being serviced. They claimed it was taken care of, but we kept getting text messages all day long. I'm concerned this might effect any resale value my truck has in the future. These guys don't have their act together. Very disorganized.
Horrible service department made an appointment for 9 AM on a Friday told me they couldn’t get to it for 48 to 72 hours even with an appointment then try to explain to me It’s in a reservation not an appointment. Funny when you make a reservation at a hotel, your room is ready upon arrival. That’s how a reservation is supposed to work. Never experienced anything like this, customer support was also horrible
