Big shout out to Justin in the service department, he's the man!!! Brought my truck for work, he diagnosed it and said it was the starter that was going out, he fixed it and had it ready for me the same day. Couldn't be happier with the service and the fast turnaround time Thank you!
Pretty terrible experience between this place and the jeep location up the street. Called today, in desperate need of an oil change. My first full day off in about six weeks. And I tow my trailer tomorrow. So I really wanted to get this done. Whoever answered the phone at the jeep location said sure they could take me as a walk-in until 5 PM. Even with the ram 1500. We've had the worst experience with them that you can image. We first took our Ram here to handle some recalls and when I picked up the truck, the rear tail light of our brand new truck was scratched up from the removing it and apparently laying it on the ground. I talked to the service advisor, Selvin, about it and every time he said that he would order us a new one but nothing ever came of it. I cannot in good conscience give this service department a good review. I took my truck in for service for the key fob not being recognized. The repair required a new antenna to resolve the problem. Odd, but OK. When I came to pick up the truck I started the vehicle and the dashboard lit up like Christmas tree. Every idiot light was on. Shouldn't somebody have noticed this when the drove it out of the service bay? After taking it back in the service area, they decided it needed a software reload. This took about an hour.
