The service rep went out of his way to be sure we got the best service. James cares. Brian Breeman is a great mechanic.
I had a terrible experience with the service department. I had to have my starter changed by a mobile mechanic and a few days later, started getting an annoying rattle. Had some recalls to get done anyways, so I made an appointment here. Apparently, the appointment is just to hold your spot in the 48-72 hour line. Four days and multiple phone calls later, I finally get contacted and told that they can’t find the rattle in the engine bay, and want 1000 more bucks to tear apart the dash. Was very disappointed
Meh. Third time here and the oil changes take forever. I’ve taken my truck and previous cars to different dealerships in CO and I just never experienced the type of delay and elongated time it takes for everything at this location. I also came in once because my windshield wiper blade was loose and I needed the type of socket wrench (or whatever it’s called to tighten it) and they charged me over $100 to tighten it. Not coming back.
