Tried to charge me almost $250 for and oil change. I went to another Ram dealership and paid $120
THIS MY UPDATE FROM LAST REVIEW I will never come to this dealership again. I have been coming here for 2 years and be charged for work that was not done. The problems are still there and getting worse had tire rotation charged but was never performed they did refund me on that, had oil and fuel filters changed but it says my oil and fuel filters at half life . If I could give this 0 stars I would. I went back and forth on whether or not to post this, but ultimately I do not think that the service advisors are to blame, I think it is the organization and the system. First, I have a Ram 1500, and after scheduling the appointment, the notice I confirmation that I received indicated that the appointment was at the Jeep store on 104th. This is uncommon since I have a truck and they most often send me to the Truck store, just west of the Jeep store (but not always, hence the call). I ca... read more
