The sales team is fantastic. Just be prepared to wait. And wait. And wait. They are grossly understaffed on the finance side. We indicated over 3 hours ago that we wanted to move forward with the lease. Now we are waiting for the finance department to review everything. As soon is we hit 4 hours, we are leaving and it’s going to go down to 1 star. They promised we’d be out the door with the vehicle 30 minutes from now. Anyone want to take bets?
