Would not go here to buy a car. We pulled up and a young man came out to talk to us. I asked if he had any aviator’s. He replied just come in side and we can talk about what you want. I replied, I told you what I wanted and I wood like to look at it. He said just come in and we can talk price. I then realized that I was in my son’s college car and put everything together. I told him no thanks. I went next door and bought a Mercedes. Don’t judge the book by the cover. Mercedes is a great car no regrets .
Worst service experience I've ever encountered. Both techs who were supposed to be my point-of-contact are no longer working there (not that I was informed), my car was at the dealership for weeks with no one communicating with me, and all they did could've been done in a couple days. Will not be returning. What's the point of buying a new Ford if the warranty means nothing?
This is an excellent service location for my Lincoln. Clifton was very helpful, communicated promptly and answered all my questions. Have come here for 20 years to service my 2006 vehicle. Never disappointed!
What started out as a pleasant visit took a turn for the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER at a car dealership. My wife, daughter, and myself were kindly greeted by our sales associate. After letting him know that we had about an hour before we needed to leave for our commitment, he offered us to use the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. Used to be a great place! But is is garbage now!!! At least the service apartment is what I'm referring to. But top down as they say. You're lucky if you can even get an appointment in this decade to get an oil change because you can't even get a hold of anyone to schedule one. All they want you to do is use their online schedule. I have tried it from multiple browsers on multiple dates on multiple devices, I am incredibly tech savvy and I cannot get it to work. I select oil change and then that's as far as you can get.
