If I could give negative stars I would. I was attempting to buy remotely without going online and was assured that it could be done. Jessica quoted me a price that was acceptable. She was not in the next day so Tony took over. He is about as knowledgeable as an old stump. Every question was responded to with "I'll have to talk to my manager". Sooo disappointed! I bought a brand new Nautilus in May. Along with the car they promise luxury service as I was deciding between Land Rover & Mercedes. Well.. I just had my 2025 Nautilus serviced for the first time. ONE DAY later the seat belts won't retract in the back and digital scent just doesn't work. Lincoln's response.. first they didn't have time to even look at the car. Then they made time because I got upset (seat belts are a little important).
