We used LHM Honda's service department for several years and were very pleased with the results time and again. We since moved away but left a vehicle at the Salt Lake Airport for a time. Before the vehicle could make the trip home, we needed an oil change so asked LHM if we could arrange a shuttle back to the airport after dropping it off. They accommodated and the oil change was finished, but we were completely surprised when they refused to send a shuttle back to the airport to give us a pick up to get our vehicle.
