When a part wasn’t in stock, Jody, Lacey, and Greg flew into action—tracking it down and getting it in the same day so I wasn’t left without my car. I brought in my own oil and filter and asked the service guy who helped me to put it on the work order, which he did, I saw it mentioned there, however the tech who performed the service did not use my oil and filter as they were still in the back seat untouched. This is the second time this has happened. My previous experience at this dealer I was given the oil change for free because of this mistake.
