When a part wasn’t in stock, Jody, Lacey, and Greg flew into action—tracking it down and getting it in the same day so I wasn’t left without my car. Service Manager Josh Day oversaw everything with professionalism, making sure the whole process ran smoothly. SKY Ford is a team of true professionals, and I highly recommend them!

I brought in my own oil and filter and asked the service guy who helped me to put it on the work order, which he did, I saw it mentioned there, however the tech who performed the service did not use my oil and filter as they were still in the back seat untouched. This is the second time this has happened. My previous experience at this dealer I was given the oil change for free because of this mistake. They always have knowledgeable and friendly service writers, Got me in for recall service and was done in a timely manner.
My 2022 Ford Edge offers MyKey option and once enabled I was not allowed to modify anything further. Now they’re telling me I need 2 keys in order to turn it off and it’ll cost around $97-$300 to program and get a 2nd key! Excuse me? That’s unacceptable especially when the manual doesn’t mention anything of that sort when enabling MyKey! Ford! Do better! This is NOT right! Seems like they’re just trying to make extra money for what seems so unnecessary and little. PS when I purchased the vehicle I was only given 1 key!
