My 2022 Ford Edge offers MyKey option and once enabled I was not allowed to modify anything further. Now they’re telling me I need 2 keys in order to turn it off and it’ll cost around $97-$300 to program and get a 2nd key! Excuse me? That’s unacceptable especially when the manual doesn’t mention anything of that sort when enabling MyKey! Ford! Do better! This is NOT right! Seems like they’re just trying to make extra money for what seems so unnecessary and little. PS when I purchased the vehicle I was only given 1 key!

I dropped my truck off Friday (Aug 8) and was told the repair would be done that day. I never got a call, so Saturday afternoon I reached out myself, only to learn nothing had been done because the mechanic wasn’t in. They said they’d look at it Monday. My oil change appt was at 10am. They offered to have a valet pickup at my gym btwn a 9-9:45 pickup window. They showed at 8:30. I wasn't even close to ready, and the girl offered to wait til 9:10am. Once picked up, I’d been at the gym over 3hrs before hearing from them. It was suppose to be a 1hr job.
