The salesman at the store on Havana Street in Aurora , JP, was very helpful and knowledgeable with what we needed. We were first time car buyers and he took the time to answer every question we had regarding the car, financing options, credit scores, registration and even insurance. He was patient and respectful of the time we needed to make our decision. I highly recommend this location and staff as they all made us feel right at home, and we left with the exact car we wanted. I just wanna start off By saying horrible customer service from the service department. Never can get a hold of them by calling Or even through the number, they provide you in text message when you drop off your vehicle. If you want answers, you have to drive down there to get them and every time I did that it’s the same bullshit. I can’t get ahold of anyone in the service center. I have left 3 voicemails, tried calling the manager number provided to me in the text sent from the appt, tried texting the numbers they provided as well. Called the sales side to request help getting in touch with the service department. The link provided for status updates shows no movement. Horrible customer service.
Bought a used 2021 gladiator rubicon. Dealership took a little time but with the help of Nic’les in Sales everything was taken care of and would buy again from LHM. First problem with jeep told to replace both batteries and well same error codes plus says jeep will shut off soon. told to have it towed in on Monday the 20th of October 2025.
