My car has been with them for 3.5 months and still counting. I would have NEVER picked to have them repair my car if I knew what this experience would be like. They have been waiting for the same part for months, every time I call them someone tells me something contradicting to the other. Do not leave your car here to get fixed! If no stars was an option that would be my rating. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS! Went around with them for almost 5 months just trying to get a small scuffed area on the rear quarter panel and damaged rim fixed. Took forever with the first drop off, lost my key, technicians called out, just any excuse you can imagine. Picked up and all the damage wasn’t even fixed!!!! Worst. Repair. Experience. Ever. I have dealt with Larry Miller Collision in Boise, ID for a decade and they have been great in Idaho. The one in Orem, UT is has been the exact opposite. Original estimate $1,900. They took the car apart (non-drivable) then raised the bid to $5,900 to put it back together. The extra damage could have been found if they had opened the hood.
