Terrible shop. My car has been in the shop since may 2025 not October 2025 and still no repair or fix has been found. I have gotten no assistance for the dealer or Fiat corporate even though several vehicles are affected. I am loosing money insuring my car for nothing. They also will not answer calls or give proper updates. Avoid this terribly run business at all costs. They do not care and the corporate parent company cares even less.

I wish I could give it a 0. Don’t get me wrong I love my car but they sold me a “comprehensive warranty package” framing that it would be for an additional 60,000 on the 44,000 that were on the vehicle at the time of purchase. Lo and behold I was paying extra money for only 16,000 miles of additional coverage something that I would never do. I was scammed point blank and period.
