I took my 2018 Grand Cherokee in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had previously purchased a "package" for this service only to find out today that they expire after 1 year. So, if you don't change your oil every 3-4 months, you're wasting your money and they just keep your cash! Also, they told me they couldn't/wouldn't rotate my tires because my lug nuts were "swollen".
