Just paid 5k to have radiator replaced, all the hoses, oil pump, flushed the engine only to have the truck overheat on the way home. Neighbor was able to tow it home so we didnt have to leave it in an usafe area. Opened the hood and found one of the hoses to the radiator not connected. I am waiting for a call for towing arrangements and information on how this is going to be made right. This has been the worst car repair experience that I've ever had in my entire life when dealing with a dealership!! I've had my engine replaced less than a year ago and have had problems ever since. I dropped my vehicle (2006 Chysler 300) off on February 25, 2025, and was told that I needed a new engine. This dealership had my vehicle for over a week. There was no communication with me except the initial text about the issues. After approval for repair, it took me multiple tries (I'm talking10+) to get anyone to answer the phone. Not one person I talked with had any info regarding my vehicle and kept referring me to my "advisor" Yesenia, who never once took one of my calls or ever returned a call after I left several voice messages and messages through her co-workers. Very friendly and accommodating people, but get pre-approved! Ira in sales was very friendly and patient with numbers. His follow-up was also very appropriate and clean. Zero pressure!
