My service writer was Tony. He welcomed me with open arms, as he always does, and got my vehicle in quickly for it's oil change. I was done in less than a half hour. An easy wait.

Good experience. Russell Mattice was polite and the automobile was finished promptly. I did call to get clarification on an item and left my name and number, but never received a call back. Russell told me that TCA plan was valid for 18 months, but when I got home and looked at the paperwork it said a year. I'm expecting the 18 months. The paperwork said a complimentary inspection sheet would be provided and discussed. It wasn't provided and not discussed. Russell said everything ok.
