Got a text for a $44.95 oil change. I went in and confirmed before the appointment with the service representative that the oil change was $44.95. When I went back to pickup my car, they charged me almost $100 for the oil change. Not only that, but I had a free car wash, requested it, and was not given one. Horrible experience time after time. They were not interested in fixing my car, just throwing parts at it to make money and I just kept having the exact same problem and they would say my car was ready and didn’t even check their work before they gave me back a car that wasn’t even fixed and wanted to be paid. Absolutely garbage 🗑️
Gabby helped us in the Service Department. And we ended up working with Oscar and upgrading to a Chevrolet Trax. Oscar was able to answer all of our questions and cater to our needs. Don’t ever come here took them 24 hours to tell them my car didn’t have the part, said it would take 1 week to a month to get it, the guy I talked to tried to push the blame back and fourth Rick. Horrible service don’t ever come here. They don’t care abt you they try to get as much money as they want. Especially Rick would stay away from him.
Prepare yourself it takes seven hours for them to process your paperwork on your new vehicle to get it out the door! I was there to purchase my dream truck and nearly walked out 3 to 4 times because We kept getting told different interest rates pay off amounts, etc. I had buyers remorse before I even signed the papers. Very frustrating process.
