A bit annoyed you can’t leave zero stars on here. I would never purchase a vehicle in this place where they treat you like trash even though they’re at fault when I first purchased my vehicle it was a whole issue to give me two keys and they ended up giving me a key with no battery which I had to wait three days just to get a small battery from them after purchasing a $20,000 vehicle. (edited) I originally had a bad experience with getting a deposit back and being ghosted but Matt the new General Manager hand delivered the deposit back to me. Made the effort to do the right thing which I very much appreciate.
D’ Angelo was great! Buying a car I always thought was fun, but before stopping at this dealership, it was a horrible experience. D’ Angelo made it quick, scheduled an appointment, took me to drive some trucks, found the perfect one and got me into it! Obviously with used cars you find 1 or 2 minor things, but as soon as I reached out to him those things were fixed! I will 100% be back soon for another car with D’Angelo and so should you 🫵🏼 10/10 do recommend!
My rep was polite helpful and helped me get the payment where I wanted. I went in knowing what I wanted and was able to get out in 1 1/2 hours with my brand new car. Which cost the same amount as most the used cars I was looking at.
