It should not take 2 hours and 20 minutes for an oil change with an appointment
The service rep, Ivan, was kind and patient. The tech stayed late and put in extra effort to try to fix the issue; a power steering indicator on the display. However the issue occurred again almost immediately after leaving the dealership. I was told that they were confident that the many issues I has having with my vehicle were due to programming which they did a global reset for. The salesmen were top notch. They worked around my schedule. I feel like they worked to get me everything I wanted in my car. I have never had such luxury in a car. Thank you so much for all your work for me!!!!! Love my Equnox sport! Beautiful!!!
