I was supposed to be purchasing my dream car when I bought a brand-new Jeep Wrangler the Saturday before Labor Day from Larry H Miller Casa Chrysler Jeep. Worest experience ever!!! I brought my Cherokee in for 3 distinct sounds. One of which is a horrible grinding sound when I apply the brakes when going over bumps in the road. I clearly said it wasn't the brakes but I believe it has something to do with the advanced braking system. After being told it was the rear brakes and then being told my oil cooler was leaking. ******NEW REVIEW 9/13/2026**** I took my vehicle in 3 weeks ago because it completely shut off and wouldn’t start I was told it was one of the batteries and it was under warranty. I was told the batteries would be replaced free because they were under warranty. I go to las cruces due to my moms life ending illness and the service department Trent is very much aware the importance of my vehicle. I paid 700-800 to do the flushes that were recommended as well. Stop!!! go to Santa Fe. I have had several awful experiences with this dealership. I’ve purchased two cars from them in the past two years and zero follow-through from the dealership. The manager of the service department, Corey Reeves stated to me in previous conversations that the dealership owes me nothing. He stands behind his statement.
