We took our jeep in for a cluster repair on may 18 and they estimated they would have it 2-3 weeks. We told them cool just as long as we have it before June 30th because we have a camping trip planned and we need it to haul our camper. We call after 2 weeks, it takes us calling 4 times before they even answer the phone, and they tell us the part won’t be here until June 30th and they won’t let us take our jeep until they install the part because they have to make one specifically for our jeeps mileage. I was traveling from Texas to Colorado on an extended trip in my 2021 Jeep Wrangler. I had concerns about a possible gas leak due to a strong gas odor every time I stopped. Alyssa Garcia, and the team at Larry Miller Casa Jeep gave me the love of taking me in and quickly assessing the issue as a simple leak at the gas cap. Check engine light was on.i came in without an appointment.He took care of me AND my two dogs quickly. Git us a ride home. Called when he was done. Pleasant the entire time.
