I can't speak to his business practices but his online content is fearmongering and actual just bad advice that is designed to confuse the homeowner. If that is what he does there, I don't think I could trust him to not screw me over for a buck or a online click
Do not trust. Full of himself. Speaks poorly of tenants that have left places clean, but with minor damage. Videos online of blaming tenants for damage that is clearly from poor renovations the company did. This leads a person to believe that every other client interaction he speaks of is untruthful as well.

Don’t waste your time with this company. They will berate you online for a couple scuffs on the wall… god forbid someone LIVE in the house they pay for. BEWARE!
