Agents lied to me and my wife. They told us we had coverage then it turned out we didn't then told that wasn't even coverage they offer... Then why when we asked for it you say sure okay. They then told us to get endorsement x and it would cover us if this occured again, it did happen again twice after , and guess what not covered... At which point they calmly tell us how it would never of been covered anyways and my wife and I look at each other and go... then why did you say otherwise.
