Larry is honest and trustworthy. He is your biggest advocate and will deal with all the other people you need to interact with when buying a home. He is readily available to meet you at multiple houses a day. His electronic system for documentation kept the ball moving. However, I ended up buying a property $20,000 over priced due to a lack of knowledge of what similar properties in the area should go for.
