They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. The Oral surgeon was not friendly at all,I feel like my surgery went badly,Been to the ER and another dentist to get help for infections and pain. None of my questions were answered,I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The nurses were nice.Music in office to loud.
My Seventeen old daughter,went to have 4 impacted wisdom teeth cut out and one other tooth pulled out. She was to be put completely asleep and was suppose not to be awake or feel any pain.She awoke right before he started pulling the bad tooth was panicking ,crying in horrible pain and could not breath well.She could not speak. No, I didn't have to wait very long
As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They were able and willing to answer every question I had.
