Dr. Siref is the best doctor I have ever seen, you always feel safe when he is taking care of you. He is very professional, he listens to you and always comfort you. I definitely recommend him.

Dr. Siref is a God-send. He figured out an accurate diagnosis for me that other doctors could not. Plus, his treatment not only changed my life back to normal but found a long term solution. I now consider myself a healthy person again instead of someone with a condition. He does often run a bit late on his appointments but that's because he cares and takes time with his patients instead of treating them like cash cows. Some things in life are worth the wait!
Had appointment with Dr Siref for Prostate. Went to office, never saw or spoke with him. Neither front desk or NP told me he was not in office. Asked PA about my free PSA, PSA ratio, etc. "Oh, he is kind of old fashioned and doesn't look at those."I don't really understand the ratio, etc." Ordered prostate MRI. She called and left message. I called back same day and she returned my call a week later with results I had reviewed online 10 days before. Doubt if Dr Siref saw my information.
I can't speak for Dr. Siref as a doctor, but his office is not ran well at all. I have never had an appointment that didn't have a scheduling issue, a long wait, orders for bloodwork that were never put in, or some other issue. My last experience I sent 3 my chart messages, left 2 voicemails, and made contact with his office twice, and I still had issues with what I needed. I am done with this terrible customer service. The worst thing is no one takes accountability and just blames others.
We're done going to Dr Siref. Like him in general but his nurse never gets back to you. Seriously take more than 24 hours to get a call back. A lot of appts have been rescheduled and my kids can't always get off work to drive me. Therefore, I am switching doctors.
Very helpful, listens, and I plan on keeping him as my doctor!! Awesome job keep it up ??
