Dr. Gunnell is my favorite eye doctor I have ever used. He is extremely knowledgeable and will treat you as if you are family, not just a patient or client. He is also not uptight to where he can't joke and laugh with you while there. Going here has been the best experience I have ever had while taking care of my eyesight.
Dr. Gunnell is very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the scar tissue was behind my retina and how we needed to proceed. I had been to 2 other doctors and they just shrugged their shoulders at it.
I was given the wrong prescription for glasses twice.
Dr. Gunnell is an excellent doctor. It is a shame that his front office staff is pathetic. In my opinion, the receptionist position is held by a rude, unprofessional individual. I was told by her that she would call and let me know when the glasses would be available. My glasses were ordered December 3, 2015 and received them January 20, 2016. I will never order my glasses from them again and I will make sure everyone I know hears about the rediculous waiting time. Again, pathetic service!
