Being a mother you always want to know that your children are taken care of and I would say you all are the BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!!!! My children and I have been visiting the office for over 12 years and it has always been a pleasant experience. I want to thank Dr Steve for his smile, kindness, and professional staff. The best dental practice around! Everyone is always so professional as well as personable. For being such a busy practice the staff still treats each patient as an individual with personal care.
I was in for a planned procedure that required an incision and stitches. Everything was explained and every effort was made to insure that I was comfortable and and received lots of support along the way. From the front desk to to the exit staff, Drs. Tinnel and Williams, and the super lady who assisted them (and me) everyone was wonderful. Under the circumstances, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
My experience was very good. Dr Steve and his employees are always pleasant and helpful.
Never thought going to the dentist would be an enjoyable experience!!! After many years of dread and tears I look forward to being in their office.Cleanings to root canal everyone takes the time and effort to reassure me that it will go well and it does. They have to deal with the apprehenisons I accumulated over years of painful experiences. Thank you to everyone reception to schedules you are wonderful!! Of course Dr. Steve is great.
The Dental Assistant and the Dentist were both efficient and thorough. Proper follow up was scheduled for the year ahead. Service as always was excellent.
