I bought a new Sonic Care toothbrush this morning after having my teeth cleaned in Dr. Pendleton's office yesterday. I want to do my part in keeping my teeth clean. Daniel cleaned my teeth. He was very gentle. I will ask for him to clean my teeth from now on. I am a very satisfied customer:)
Got in rigt at my appt time and the cleaning was quick. Hygenist provided helpful advice. Thanks.
GREAT atmosphere! ALL the doctors and staff members are friendly, respectful and professional! They don't just do the job and walk away. They take care of you here. They take the time to go over any and all procedures being performed and take the time to answer any questions you may have in full detail. I strongly recommend this practice to anyone in need of a REAL dental home!
Hands down the finest people and dental service providers I've used. Dr.Pendleton is quick,efficient and entertaining enough to keep things light and as relaxing as possible. If there is such a thing as 'pain free'dentistry, in my opinion, this is it. Those I have referred to this office all agree that the staff and doctors genuinely care about the patience.

Very professional,efficient,knowledgeable and friendly staff at all levels of the dental practice (i.e, from receptionists to the doctors). I believe I am receiving excellent dental care services. Occasionally(in an emergency) when I have needed to see the doctor on short notice, the staff have always been able to accomodate me.
Love the warm, personable, easy-going atmosphere here! Everyone always seems to be in a good mood. :) Our appointments are handled in a very time-efficient manner, meaning we usually have little waiting time after we check in, and we aren't left waiting long between procedures once we are taken back to a room. Rarely have any problems with billing and scheduling. The services here have been top-quality for us. No complaints from this household! :)
I had very good experience today . I did not sit very long. My appointment was at 7:20, and that's time they took me. Everyone was very friendly.
As always, my appointment was promt, service was efficient, but thorough. I find the staff, technicians and doctors to be knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. On a side note, the office decor is excellent - I love the pictures of the Kansas City area.
