Amazing psychiatrist. Treated me very well. He's professional, understanding, compassionate, and excellent bedside manner. Unfortunately he recently retired. He will be truly missed. I cried when I heard he retired. I was automatically switched to another psychiatrist. Starting over is not good. Makes me anxious.
He would not ever abuse the way Dr. Michael Jordon abused me. Honest, protective, cautious , caring, smart, real psychiatrist, dedicated to working in his aging years. He shines his love for his work and for his patients who are so blessed to have him as their psychiatrist.
Dr Cowley was very experienced and he was very intriguing and articulate. He would make a great regular psychiatrist if he took patients for longterm.
