My professional journey began 40 years ago in Santa Rosa, California as a bench jeweler. I enjoyed every facet of jewelry making - from custom design to general repair. A number of years ago, I discovered that buying scrap gold from the public would deliver a new level of service for my loyal customers. Because the the economy lately, and the growth of interest in recycling gold, silver, and platinum, I have helped many turn family assets into much needed income.

While visiting my kids in Santa Rosa, I took my very unique wedding ring to Mr. Conover to get fixed as it was broken in half. He not only fixed the break meticulously, but he also detailed and polished the ring so it looked like new.
