Exceptional! Mr. Bissette and his roofers replaced the roof on our home 10/31/12. Mr. Bissette came out one evening about one month prior and provided us with a written quote outlining all details. He stayed about one hour and answered all of our questions. His quote was over $1500.00 less than the other quote we received so we set up a date for the roof replacement. We could not be happier. The most unprofessional company I have ever worked with top to bottom. Our HOA had them out to fix our roof. 2 Times on our roof still not fixed. the third time they needed to talk to us when they came out. Instead of taking the time to call correctly to set a real appointment they would show up at our door at 8:00 assuming we would be home. Larry installed an attic ventilation fan in our house about one year ago. After about three months, the fan became noisy and sounded as if it was coming apart. I called Larry and told him of the problem. He indicated that he had had problems with the manufacturer of that particular fan and would replace our fan with a different brand.
