Larry Allen Heating and Air is by far the most professional, fast and reasonably priced Heating and Air company I have ever used. I called in need of a new air conditioning system and within 24 hrs of call I had my new system installed with professional service and at an unbeatable price. Larry's Heating and Air is an excellent choice!! I had this company for different things. My brother had his central air unit checked, was told he needed a new unit. I doubted the techs advice to replace his whole unit. Called Larrys Heating and Air. They came fixed it.. Did not need a new unit!! My husband was selling his mothers home... EXCELLENCE is the word for Larry Allen and his staff. Our 18 year old A/C went out on us. My Husband and I both have medical issues. No A/C makes those issues far worse. Mr. Allen came out right away - and agreed with the 1st company we called - the A/C was dead. Much to our happiness and surprise - Allen Electric replaced BOTH our Furnace and A/C with a TRANE. Larry Allen has been the only person I to service our furnace and air conditioner for many years. I've known Larry to be thorough and deligent and has always gone the extra mile in making sure that he delivered a good product that WORKS. Our air conditioner shut down on a Friday night in July. When the heat became unbearable, Larry came to our house on a Sunday morning- he is available 24/7. His response was unbelievably fast. He is more than competent in his job, with years of experience, but more importantly he is honest and fair, and his rates are extremely reasonable. Larry installed a complete Amana HVAC system for my 1100sq/ft home last December. His people did good work at a good price. Larry Whalen (owner) personally oversaw the work and even returned free of charge in the spring to confirm the A/C worked ok. I would use them again as good help is hard to find.

The job this company did on my home was rushed. They did not consider the customer and did things their way and not the customer's. I was very disappointed!
