I see alot of people who are writing reviews as if a place like this just falls out of the sky and is available to all. These people choose to work these difficult people, the most difficult in society. They dont do it for the money, they do it for the purpose, they do it because they know so few places are, and accepting insurances that drive providers nuts. I had high hopes for counseling with my kids facilitated by Larry after the court appointed GAL recommended Larry. After 2 or 3 sessions, I started to question my decision and decided to look at reviews and reach out to the GAL and ask if they were certain I was at the right place. Extremely unorganized, i called for months everytime it was "ill have to call you back with the schedule or Larry will call you back" that I never received. Until my attorney called. I would recommend taking your business somewhere else if its an option.
A doctor at this location was recommended to me by my family doctor. I have called multiple times trying to get in with her and most of the time, no one answered. When they finally did answer, they said they would call back (and didn't). I included what was going on and the urgency in which I needed to be seen. I did email once and their reply went to my spam.
