I had so many tools chain saws n other things not in my vehicle when it arrived at the complete cash absolutely unreal im actually filing a law suit against them over my belongings! Cnt never get them to answer the phone!!
If you care about your vehicle do NOT utilize this tow company. Medal hooks on vehicles wheel with zero protection for the vehicles wheel. The vehicle literally up on the tow truck bed rail!!! UNSAFE!!!!
Do not answer phone. Horrible customer service
They will not answer their phone to help you. That's not a way to run a business.maybe they need to hire someone to answer the phone for them.
My vehicle was damaged due to the guy quint who clearly has no idea how to handle a low profile vehicle . He admitted to knowing he did the damage and claimed he would pay once he got a check upcoming . Came to the day for the payment to be made to the car shop and he and his father stopped answering. Which is cool - i am filing and sueing the company for a nice ticket due to my time down with no vehicle . This place is very unprofessional.
