Horrible. The Polk County Police called him to take my car here on a Friday. She was basically held hostage all weekend and overcharged legally. He never picked up pieces, I picked it up and someone stole my deers antlers. The crash site was also only 10 minutes away. $1,700 dollars for three days and refusing pickup. I pull up with my husband and its in the backyard of the dudes house. I had to call police to get his correct number since police gave me the wrong number to begin with! Do not use.
I had so many tools chain saws n other things not in my vehicle when it arrived at the complete cash absolutely unreal im actually filing a law suit against them over my belongings! Cnt never get them to answer the phone!!
If you care about your vehicle do NOT utilize this tow company. Medal hooks on vehicles wheel with zero protection for the vehicles wheel. The vehicle literally up on the tow truck bed rail!!! UNSAFE!!!!
Do not answer phone. Horrible customer service
They will not answer their phone to help you. That's not a way to run a business.maybe they need to hire someone to answer the phone for them.
