They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were so kind and attentive to me. Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? No, they didn't bleed excessively Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The restrooms at this office were spotless.
