Outstanding!!! Aaron took the time on a Saturday morning to troubleshoot my mom's hybrid water heater that wasn't working. We face timed over the phone and with his help found that the problem was a loose electrical connection. He instructed me what to do and I was able to redo the connection and the water heater fired back up. At the time my mom was recovering from being hospitalized and I'd been overwhelmed trying to take care of everything. Dealing with a hot water heater problem was the last thing I needed.
