i have contacted walt form Larrabee & associates to help me design and get permit for my manufactured ADU in san jose walt was so helpful i cannot even describe in words , for me , a software engineer that has less then zero knowledge in construction , he walk me through the process in simple words and took the edge from the process , he also , free of charge inspected the drawings i received form the manufacturer of the ADU , reviewed them and gave me the green line to submit he was very helpful in any question i had regard... read more
