We usually go to their other locations, but decided to go to the Southlands location this time around. The food options were decent, and the drinks menu reasonable as well. We had quite a large group that day, but the service was prompt and the food came out quickly. Came back on July 1st during Canada Day and continued to enjoyed our stop at this location. Honestly, the service at this location has been consistently disappointing. Even though I live across the street, I’d rather go out of my way to another store for food and drinks. On July 8th around 2:00 PM, the service was especially poor. I waited about 20 minutes for my food order, which hadn’t even been started when I finally asked for a refund.
